Police and the Secret Service are examining an occurrence in Frederick involving an obvious effort to intimidate voters with the shipment of a threatening letter. The Secret Service is included due to the fact that the letter specifically threatened Democratic governmental nominee Joe Biden and vice presidential candidate Sen. Kamala Harris.
